You'll likely bring:
- Experience in a supervisory, operational, logistics, retail or similar environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively
- Good literacy and numeracy skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
- Confidence coordinating workflows and supporting others to achieve operational targets
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying opportunities for improvement
- The ability to remain adaptable, organised and focused in a busy working environment
- A positive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility and pride in delivering high standards
- A willingness to continually learn and keep up to date with procedures, services and legislation
All colleagues working within our Post Office are required to successfully complete a P250 clearance check before joining the team.
